Linux上で動くフリーのアンチウィルスソフトの、
Clam AntiVirus™

がアップデートされていたので、
インストールしてみた。

すんなりいかなかったのでメモ。

上記のURLからソースをダウンロードして解凍

$ ./configure --sysconfdir=/etc
$ make
$ su
# make install

これでインストール完了。

/etc/init.d/clamd startで起動すると、

いろいろオプションの記述が変わっているようで起動しない。

clamd を起動中: ERROR: Parse error at line 34: Option LogTime requires boolean argument.
ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamd.conf

clamd を起動中: ERROR: Parse error at line 170: Unknown option DisableDefaultScanOptions.
ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamd.conf

clamd を起動中: ERROR: Parse error at line 204: Option ScanMail requires boolean argument.
ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamd.conf

clamd を起動中: ERROR: Parse error at line 219: Option ScanHTML requires boolean argument.
ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamd.conf
/etc/clamd.conf

clamd を起動中: ERROR: Parse error at line 228: Option ScanArchive requires boolean argument.
ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamd.conf

オプションがなくなっていたり、boolean値で指定するようになったりと、
いくつか書き換えて無事に起動できた。
